What's the appeal of a chainmaille necklace?
Necklaces help to add style to your wardrobe and express yourself. A hint of color when you are in a meeting or a bold statement when you are partying the night away, the chains can represent who you want the world to see and where you stand in life situations. Of course, they are also a great way to simply accessorize your look!

Crystal Inclusion
Capturing crystals in chainmaille is an interesting way to add even more to the uniqueness of a Chains by Thomas Chain. For a necklace, I like to add a 7 crystal pendant (usually with the chakra crystals) that hang in the center of the chain (see upper photo). Some people are comforted by the chakra; some people like a specific stone for either its aesthetic appeal or the benefits that it brings. Another way I incorporate crystals into the necklaces is with the Inverted Round weave (weave # 6A) where I put crystals inside the chain through the entire length of chain.
